T-Ball Begins

The older three kids started playing t-ball recently!  So far…they seem to really be enjoying learning the game.  Their experience with anything baseball-related is very limited.  We have been to a couple of my nieces' games, and although I love the sport and played as a young child and have had favorite teams/players over the years, it's not something we watch on TV or see in person much.  When we play around outside, for the most part they gravitate toward toys and bikes.  Except for Emersyn--she goes straight for the soccer ball. :)

Saturday, April 19th was team pictures and their first scrimmage.  Boy, was it chilly!!

The kids are so excited to be on Uncle Drew's team, and they even call him Coach Drew from time to time…so cute!  He is amazing with these kids, and I can't believe how much they've learned already!  This was the first real game against the Blue Jays.  Brody spent some time as catcher (that was kind of laughable)...

Then on Tuesday, April 29th, the kids played cousin Caiden's team!

A great start to the season!  Looking forward to more learning, more experience, and more adorableness!!
