This used to seem so far into the future, but here we are. Another milestone!

Brody had his end-of-year/preschool graduation program on Friday, May 24th. The two classes came out onto the stage and sang a few songs, and then each teacher recognized the students with either a certificate (to those coming back next year) or a "diploma" (to those heading to kindergarten in the fall). Then there were some snacks and refreshments afterwards. Each student had also made a centerpiece for his/her family's table, and there was a photo book of memories from the year for each student as well.

(Blurry pics...grrr!!) We are so appreciative of Ms. Beth and all the help, advice, and patience she has shown with Brody over the past two years. He's come so far from that little boy who cried the whole entire morning because he missed his daddy! She'll need even more patience next year...because Jaxson will be in her class! :)

Papa and Jax deep in conversation...

We weren't really feeling the group shots tonight. These are the best we could manage!

I asked Brody a few questions about his time at preschool...
What was your favorite part of preschool? Getting to play outside.
Why do you like Ms. Beth so much? She's a good teacher and she teaches what we need to do when we grow up.
What was the best field trip? Going to Daddy's police station. (shocker!!)
Who was your best friend? Mackenzie
What was your favorite art project? Beach balls (They painted paper plates to resemble a beach ball.)
What do you want to tell Emersyn & Jaxson about preschool? Be good. Don't cry. Listen to your teacher really good.
