The kids love getting to ride their bikes, but unfortunately this is not something we do often because it takes both Kris's and my watchful eyes. So, on his two evening off each week, we have tried really hard to make it to the bike trail in town for some ridin'!
These last few bike pictures were from a time that we went directly to the trail from soccer practice, hence the shin guards!
Last spring, the twins and their cousin, Maeteo, were on the same team. This time, they are on a different team. The twins lucked out and got the same coach (Coach Kassie) as they had in the spring. They just love her. So, Wednesday evenings are practices, and games are played on Saturday mornings. The season is about 6 weeks long.
Emersyn has really gotten into soccer this season. We often catch her at home practicing and dribbling around the house. Jaxson likes playing as well, but he has a very limited attention span for it. He'll go hard for a couple minutes and then walk off the field, ha!
And this one…well, I've pretty much come to the conclusion that soccer does not interest him at all, but I wanted to give him one more chance to see if he'd fall in love with the sport. Not happening!! :)
