Birth: 5lbs. 14oz. and 18 inches long
1 week: 5lbs. 13oz. and 18.75 inches long
1 month: 7lbs. and 19 inches long
2 months: 9lbs. and 20.75 inches long
4 months: 11lbs. 6oz. and 23.25 inches long
Emmy has had a cough and runny/stuffy nose for about a week, but Dr. Kennedy said her lungs sound great and her ears look clear, and she was happy with how my baby girl looks! She is small, but as you can see she has almost doubled her birth weight, which babies typically do by four months of age. She received an oral vaccine and three shots, just like she did two months ago. She handled them like a champ, and we had no problems with her the rest of the day!
Jaxson:

2 months: 9lbs. 3 oz. and 21.25 inches long
4 months: 12lbs. and 24 inches long
Jax has also had a slight cold for about a week, BUT his ears were not clear when Dr. Kennedy checked them. I feel so horrible because I had finally resorted to letting him cry it out at night, and the poor boy was in pain!! I definitely gave him some extra lovin' last night. I was so surprised because during the day he acts as happy as can be, even when he's laying on his back playing...Brody has had three ear infections (so far), and each time he was miserable day and night. He is now taking an antibiotic and has to go back to the doctor's in two weeks for an ear recheck and to receive all his shots that he was unable to get yesterday.

LOL! Brody's face cracks me UP! Yeah, that'd be our Christmas tree still up in the background. I have no plans to take it down anytime soon either :)
