Pint Size Prom

3/12/2011

Top ten things that probably won't happen on the day of their real prom...
#1 - There won't be any temper-tantrums while getting hair done.
3/12/2011

#2 - Mommy will not have to comb out dried pieces of food from hair.
3/12/2011

#3 - We won't need to plan for a snack break just before leaving.

#4 - We won't have anyone insisting on bringing every favorite toy of the moment.

#5 - Won't need to worry about diaper changes.
#6 - We won't need to insist on potty breaks.
3/12/2011

#7 - Little brother will not rip out twin sister's hair-do five seconds before it's time to leave.
3/12/2011

#8 - Kids will not need to be buckled into car seats with the Letter Factory blaring.
#9 - They likely won't be arriving in a super-cool mini van.
#10 - Mom and Dad will not be chauffeuring.

So, I was looking around at events on a website awhile back and came across this description for the Pint Size Prom:
An event for those five and under; a prom for the little ones! Put on your best outfit and head over for dancing,
snacks, kids' interactive music, games, and stroller valet parking. You will receive a souvenir photo and frame, and
the kids will get a goody bag to take home.
Sounded too cute to be true!

The prom had a very adorable "Under the Sea" theme going on with table decorations, wall decorations, shark and
starfish crackers, and a frame-decorating station with fishy stickers.

Haha! So cute!
1) We have Letter Factory as our DVD of choice in the car too. :)
2) Brody is such a stud - he totally WILL have the ladies waiting in line.
3) Speaking of the ladies, check out the heels on that broad in hot pink that's waiting for her turn with Brody! LOL
4) Very cute family pic.
5) Can you tell by my immediate response that I'm off work today and blogging too? :) Have a great week!
