Jayce is ELEVEN months old!

Ohhhhhh my goodness!! You just became SO big this month!


I mean, really. You just started doing all these new things, and I began to realize...you're not my little baby anymore.


You started crawling "for real," and then you started pulling yourself up, and then you started cruising around the furniture, and now you are walking while holding on to our hands! Whoa...slow down, buster!


You have words!! Real words that you use correctly! Ma ma, Da da, ball, and uh oh are the ones off the top of my head. You are such a little stinker when you purposely throw your sippy cup on the floor and yell, "Uh oh!" (Sometimes sounds more like "uh ahh!")


Is it mean that we have found it to be pretty comical when you pull yourself up and then scream at us because you can't figure out how to get back down?? :)


Little Jaycer, you are hilarious in the bath tub! You love it so much, and you kick and splash and laugh like crazy...until it's time to get out. Then you kick and flail and scream like crazy!!


We can't believe that in just a few weeks, you'll be a one-year-old.




The big, BIG news from the past month is...you are now sleeping through the night!! Yippee!! You're an early riser (5am-6am), but you have been lying back down for another hour or so after I feed you. You take a morning nap around 9:30ish and an afternoon nap at about 1:00. You typically only nap for about an hour at a time, but sometimes you'll go a little longer.

You have many favorite things to do right now: trying to open and close drawers, throwing a ball back and forth with someone, reading books, taking a bath, snuggling, and following those big kids around. :)
