We had a great (meltdown-free!!) time at the Toledo Zoo today, strolling around for their Little Boo at the Zoo event. Everyone was dressed in layers since it was quite a chilly morning.
We decided to pass on the Tootsie Roll costume today for Jayce and went with a cute skeleton onesie instead.
We made our way through each of the ten or so trick-or-treat stations. There was a huge, slow-moving line at the beginning, but the pace picked up as we got farther along.
Instead of checking out any of the other "Boo" events, we decided to go visit the elephants!

Love this one. He looks like he's just walking around a construction site, checking things out, making sure everything's in order. :)
I think I remember thinking this last year, but they might be "over" Halloween before it even gets here!
