Kris drove our camper down to East Harbor on Thursday and got everything set up. (He then drove back home.) Friday morning, Brody had another field trip to a horse farm, and then after lunches we were on our way. It was the kids' normal naptime during the drive, so they all fell asleep at some point.

Our poor dog, Lucca, didn't get to go this time. We dropped her off at my dad's place because we figured the weekend would be crazy enough without having to worry about her.

Shortly after arriving to our site! The youngest camper at East Harbor!! (Well, unofficially, but I didn't see any other little babies there.)

The twins and I were playing around inside the camper, and Kris and Brody were "working" outside.

Her face cracks me up!!

Took this one through a window...Kris hanging lights and Brody carrying wood. :) Just like last year, we enjoyed fabulous weather this year!

Saturday before naps and trick-or-treating...

Our little Tootsie Roll. Brody used this costume for his first Halloween too.

Emersyn dressed as a kitty. And O-M-G...let me tell you about that cute, black nose and whiskers. I sat down next to her with the little face make-up pencil and said, "Okay, time to draw on your kitty nose and whiskers!" She immediately flipped out, started bawling, and would not uncover her face with her hands. She finally let me draw them on quick, and then it ended up smearing after we pulled the costume on, ha ha!

Jaxson wore the same monkey costume that Brody wore when he was 13 months old! It may be a tad small, but it works for this year. Brody was a construction worker, but please don't call him Bob the Builder. :) He got that comment over and over while trick-or-treating, and he corrected them each time, saying, "No, I'm a construction worker."

I so love this picture and see it being a tradition now every year for this particular camping trip--all the kids dressed in their costumes and ready to walk out for trick-or-treating!

That Buzz Lightyear in front of Brody is my nephew, Maeteo!

Our purr-ty girl!

Our silly monkey!

And just a small sampling of decorations...some people really get into this, and the sites look amazing--especially at night!

Our nights went better than I was expecting, and while there were moments of chaos (as is normal), overall it was a great weekend, and I'm so glad we still decided to go!
