There was a huge pool that we tried to visit at least once each day. The kids all loved the pool...except for Jayce! He hated that he could not get down and walk around like at the beach or the zero-entry pool at Cedarlane.

Emersyn and Kendra catching up. :)

This is such a family-friendly campground! There were so many events and activities planned all day long and into the evening to keep kids busy. Bingo, t-shirt spin art, glow putt-putt, a light parade one evening, popcorn making, and fire truck rides were a few of the fun activities on their agenda. Here is the old fire truck that we took a couple rides on during our stay.

Breakfast one morning...

Fourth of July pictures...

Love this one!

Our actual campsite was very muddy, which is why the kids are wearing boots in a lot of pictures! Across from our site was a tent area with hardly anyone camping, and we let the kids run free there. They had lots of space to play, it was less muddy, and they had fun mowing and pretending to build their own campfires.

Wooden play train...

Our kids love walking trails, so I was excited there were a few routes there! Here the kids were standing beside a big pond watching for frogs.

Jaycer snuggling his Pooh!

Buds.

Ohhhh, messy goodness!

All the kiddos!

We arrived home Sunday the 7th around 7:30pm after about an eight-hour drive. It didn't take us that long on the way to PA, but on the way back we got held up in construction traffic a couple different times. The traveling was well worth it though! We were so happy to see our friends and spend some quality time together. We'd do it again in a heartbeat!

A few things:
1. I can't believe how grown up Jayce looks in all of your posts lately. He is such a big kid now!
2. Looks like you had tons of fun!
3. You and Kendra look like you could be sisters!
4. I am in love with each of your kiddos individual 4th of July pics!!!!!
I have a list of comments also: ;)
1) Brody looks so tall in this post! Has he had a growth spurt? The pic of him and Kris in the pool is really cute. And is that him jumping into the pool? Go, Brodster! I bet he's getting to be a pro swimmer at home too, huh?
2) That whole place looks so awesome. What a fun trip. Love all the trail pics and the kids in boots.
3) Jayce's July 4th outfit?? Seriously, stop it. I can't handle the cuteness of the pic of him by himself.
4) Love all the pics of the 4 kids together, especially the one in the doorway of the camper. And the ones by the pond looking at frogs makes me think of the "5 green and speckled frogs" song. :)
5) The group pic of all the kids (not just yours) where Jax has his shirt up and a serious face, cracks me up!
