Two weeks old already! Jaylen Rex (J-Rex) has some adoring cousins. This was the kids' first time meeting him because we've had coughs and runny noses since his birthdate. So sweet...
It was so nice to see the kids running around and enjoying this last burst of warm weather!
There were no hayrides this evening, so we grabbed some wagons and walked out to the patch ourselves. Our mission was to find perfectly plump pumpkins for our jack-o-lanterns!

Brody. He's so funny. Here he was considering some options. It seemed like he had something to say about each one and why "this one" wouldn't work, or why he liked another. He was also on a mission to find Spookley the Square Pumpkin--if you're at all familiar with that cute story.
Annnnd I just couldn't stop snappin' away at this boy. So cute and happy and totally into this.
Yep, that piece of dirt went right into his mouth.
Jax fell (um, a few times) and scratched his cheek. He just gets so excited and takes off, paying absolutely no attention. After his little accident in August, someone coined the term "Jax-i-dent," ha ha.
Bros.
Now we've got some work to do on all these pumpkin patch purchases!!
