That just doesn't seem right, Jaycer! You have changed and grown SO much since your birthday.

Three of the biggest changes since your 1-year update: 1) You went from zero teeth to almost 5 teeth! 2) You went from crawling and cruising the furniture to walking and running all over the place! 3) I can finally, finally say that you sleep through the night! Way to go, Buddy!!

Today was your 15-month wellness check with Dr. Carol. I thought you were looking leaner recently, and that was confirmed: you weighed in at 23 lbs. (40th %) and you measured 31 3/4 in. long (70th %). You gained less than a pound since your 1-year visit but grew almost 2 inches! You also received three shots this time...boo.

Many things haven't changed with you. You're still pretty much "the calm" among the rest of the craziness that occurs in our family. :) You are normally pretty patient...unless you want your sippy cup out of the fridge--then all bets are off!

You love, love, love taking baths, and I'm pretty sure you get extra messy at dinnertime just to ensure that you get your fun time in the tub!

You really get a big kick out of following your brothers and sister around the house, getting into their business and wanting to join in on whatever fun they're having. Most of the time, they are very understanding. They love you so much!

Some of your favorites at 15 months: putting your hands in shoes and crawling around the house, the doodle board, cheese, milk, crackers, bananas (and all fruit), throwing/catching/rolling any type of ball, brushing your teeth, jumping on the little trampoline, dancing, sneaking into the hallway & into the bedrooms, singing "Itsy Bitsy Spider," and saying "mama" all the time.

You are totally not a baby anymore and are joining in with the others more and more. With all this growing up you've done, Mommy and Daddy seriously have to be on their toes! Now we have four trouble-makers!! :)

And just a couple minutes worth of video clips from recent months.
That's you at 15 months, Jayce!

What a beautiful big boy! He is just too cute! I feel like he's such a mix of his siblings. You can definitely tell they are all related!
Wow! Jayce, you’ve really grown up, even since I saw you! Love his messy dinner face, boys’ matching buckeyes jammers and his tubby pic!! Casey is right on with the blend of his older brothers and sisters. 1st pic (profile) looks like Jax, 3rd pic (looking up) looks like Bropdy, 5th pic (tub) looks like Emmy. Happy 15 months, Jaycer! And Kel – congratulations on full night sleep! WOO HOOO!!! : )
