This would be when he's older and reading, but how about a little checklist for getting ready in the morning before school to help keep him on task and get out the door on time, i.e. get dressed, eat breakfast, brush teeth, make bed?, feed dog?, etc. I saw a mom make a placemat checklist and laminate it for the child to check off at the breakfast table, but the mirror would be cool too.
If you recall...this is how drew and I kept our wedding planning
organized
HOW FUN! Hangman. Tic-tac-toe. Word search. As an incentive to use the potty.
